Guten Morgen Herr Pastwa,
vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt im Cloud7.
Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr „Himmlisch Gefühlt“.
Vorab möchte ich Ihnen meine Eindrücke gerne mitteilen.
Wir hatten leider am letzten Abend etwas Schwierigkeiten bei der Eingabe unseres Zimmercodes.
Wir standen sehr lange vor der Tür, weil das Gerät unsere letzte Zahl nicht annehmen wollte.
Die Tage zuvor hat alles wirklich super geklappt !
Was auch etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, sind die vielen Leute am Abend vor der Eingangstür.
Leider war das für uns etwas ungünstig, da unser Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstür lag. ( Für die Gäste können Sie ja nichts dafür)
Herr Pastwa, ich hoffe die Wohnungen werden so pfleglich behandelt wie wir es getan haben von Ihren Gästen. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder zu Ihnen kommen.

I will write this in English as I can express myself better then in German language.
I have booked the studio through Airbnb online. I was there to watch the Eneco-cycling tour in The Netherlands and Belgium and found out how close you are to Netherlands and Belgium.
Is it a hotel? No. Is it Bed&Breakfast? No, there is no breakfast. Is it a comfortable appartment? YES! More than that it is a more then fully equipped private studio-appartment, brandnew. Everything you see in the pictures is conform reality. There’s a supermarket around the corner where you can buy your food for breakfast or whatever and store it in the fridge and warm in the microwave or cook on the electric stove. If you forgot the sugar for your coffee, no problem you will find sugarsticks in the cupboard. Do you have to pack your lunch to take along, you will find plastic foil to wrap it in. To make you feel comfortable you will find a mini bottle of German champagne (sekt) cooled in the fridge. In a hotel one has to pay for it. Should you run into a minor accident you will find near the staircase on each floor a first-aid kit. Have I said enough to recommend it? I think so yes.

Die Unterkunft ist für mich einfach perfekt, es fehlt an nichts.
Weitere Buchungen werden mit Sicherheit erfolgen, man fühlt sich in den Wohnungen sehr wohl.
